    Better for a bit older kids. Like some other reviewers, I have mixed feelings about many of these Hot Wheels sets. When I was a kid in the 1970’s I had several Hot Wheels cars, some straight track, and a loop. It was all purely gravity powered. I thought that was a great toy, had a lot of fun with it, and maybe learned some early lessons about physics. Now so much of the stuff is battery powered and costly, and there is so much emphasis on crashing instead of successfully “making it” through the course. I would…

    Good set that you can build different ways! It’s been a while since we’ve had a hot wheels track kit. We had a number of them when my son was a little younger. The girls haven’t been as interested in the cars, but also it felt like a lot of the track sets that were out there were cheap and that there wasn’t much to do with them. A lot of the sets were single stunts that didn’t play well with other sets and you got tired of them quickly. This bridge is a great set on it’s own and would be awesome to mix with some more track!     “I’m Wheely Hungry.” We like the versatility of this Hot Wheels set … there are three potential builds, all of which are pretty “cool.” Now, like all Hot Wheels tracks, you are going to need some serious space here. So, ideally you might have a finished basement to really spread this (and other tracks) out on. (Or one very, very long dining table).
